Please join me as we explore our breath and learn how to breathe. We will experience several types of pranayama (breathing techniques) along with kriyas (sequences of postures), mantra (primal sounds), and meditations to clear and calm the mind. We will gain a deeper understanding of our conscious and unconscious use of breath.
