Kundalini Yoga with Sadhu Kaur

Join us for a series of energizing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan to uplift ourselves.
Usually at this time of the year we can easily be distracted, not be on top of our game, either at work, commitments or internally due to over stimulating 3 areas in our bodies. First, our digestive system is overloaded with delicious holiday food; second, our heart center is debilitated with the emotions and commotions of this time; third, our mind overthinks and disconnects from our real purpose in life.
This series will transform the Elemental fire present in each of those centers so we can be balanced and prepare ourselves for a fresh start.
Class 1 focuses on the Digestive System
Class 2 caters to our Heart Center
Class 3 strengthen our Intuition
