The Meditative Mind with Arvindpal Six-Week Class Series

 

Meditation is reported to promote calmness and mental clarity, but exactly how is meditation done? How does it work? This six- week class series explores techniques of meditation practice in Kundalini Yoga and develops the capacity to bring the benefits of meditation into our daily lives. We will explore the relationships between breath, exercise, and relaxation while developing deeper meditation experiences.
