Born in France, Tejpal has been a seeker for as long as she can remember. Even as a child, she carried a deep awareness that our true essence is spiritual.
Despite this inner knowing, her early years were marked by a longing for joy and meaning that seemed just out of reach.
Raised within the Catholic tradition, Tejpal found comfort in singing during church services, yet something was missing. While she appreciated the beauty of the rituals, she didn’t experience the freedom or deep healing she intuitively knew was possible. This led her to explore other spiritual paths in search of a deeper connection.
Her journey took her through the practices of Buddhism and Chi Gong before she discovered Kundalini Yoga. This ancient yogic technology struck a powerful chord within her, offering not only tools for transformation but also a profound sense of alignment. Inspired by its depth and impact, Tejpal chose to immerse herself in the practice, eventually becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Her passion for self-discovery didn’t stop there. Tejpal continued to expand her understanding of the yogic tradition, studying Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Therapy. These disciplines deepened her approach to teaching and healing, allowing her to integrate various elements of yoga into a more holistic practice.
Today, Tejpal describes herself as a yoga teacher embracing the powerful teachings of Kundalini Yoga, yet guided by a broader vision. She draws from a wide range of yogic knowledge, weaving together tradition and personal insight to create a unique and inclusive path of transformation.
For Tejpal, yoga is not just a practice—it is a way of life, a way of returning home to the self, and a way of sharing light with others.

I attended Evergreen Theatre School in Massachusetts in the late 1980’s. This was a Jerzy Grotowski based acting training from the Polish Theatre Lab.
Soon after I toured with Geese Theatre Company performing improve theatre in prisons across the US, then participated in Independent theatre productions in Philadelphia. I continued my training over the years attending several Master Classes and Acting Intensives including one in Japan based on the work of Stanislavsky. Later my focus was para-theatrical performance at Sacred Space, and teaching acting for non actors and actors alike.

Ivana is passionate about bridging the gaps between social justice activism and spirituality.
Born as a Sagittarius, Ivana’s path has from the beginning been the path of exploration, learning, and travelling. Having lived in six countries on three different continents and having been engaged in both social justice and healing/spirituality circles, she has become comfortable in inhabiting many spaces at once and having a role of bridging the gaps. She is passionate about bridging the gaps between human rights and spirituality, inner healing and social transformation.
In addition to pursuing her academic path in the area of (women’s) human rights and teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga, Ivana did a four-year integral body-oriented psychotherapy training, tantra and sacred sexuality trainings, and she has explored shamanic and different conscious movement and dance practices. She has also learnt from medicine plants, particularly cacao, the carrier of feminine, heart-energy, which she believes is of crucial importance in this new age of Aquarius.
She brings all these experiences to her teaching of Kundalini Yoga. Her approach is gentle, feminine and heart-opening. For her, each class is a sacred space, a ceremony, co-created by everyone. For Ivana, Kundalini Yoga is a core practice that helps her dream the new world into being. She is excited to do it in the beautiful Sanghat of Yoga4All Tucson.

Barb began teaching at age 12, when she was hired to teach Catholic religious studies to a 6 year old boy with autism.
She expanded her practice the following year coaching a boy’s “6 man” flag football team. It was during those fabulous football seasons that she realized the joy of motivating people to show up, keep up, and do their personal best. At age 16, Barb, and her sister, Joan, began organizing and leading week-long canoe trips for other teen-aged girls. She continued to organize extended wilderness trips including expeditions to the Arctic. For 26 years, as a middle and high school math and science teacher, Barb helped teenagers connect to their gifts and personal power, through compassion, connection, creativity, engaged learning, and so very much humor. After 20 years of a strong Hatha Yoga practice, the discovery of Kundalini Yoga in 2006 was the most beautiful lightning bolt of a gift from the Universe for her. Barb says, “It changes my life everyday in some way.” Sant Saroop has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2006. Along with the Kundalini Yoga tradition, she has studied many teachers from other traditions including Pema Chodron, Tara Brach, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Gary Zukav, Dzigar Kongtrul, Anthony de Mello, and many others.
“All life is Yoga”
Libby grew up in India and lived 28 years in the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
“Growing up and breathing spirituality in everyday life is a gift of many lifetimes.” Leaving India, Libby moved to Germany. “At a time when I was going through depression, I had my first Kundalini Yoga experience. It brought me a wholesome, balanced feeling of connectivity and bliss. Soon I was attending class regularly and began practicing on my own. Kundalini Yoga with its unique blend of Mantra, Kriya, Pranayam and Meditation, is for me the fastest, most effective way to becoming ‘real’. Kundalini Yoga tunes my body and nourishes my spiritual roots, bringing Prana, health, and joy into my life. It is from this place of joy and deep reverence that I wish to share the technology of Kundalini Yoga with all.”
Libby began practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2008. In 2012 Libby took her Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training in Germany. In 2020 she renewed her Level 1 Teacher Training at Yoga4AllTucson. She has been teaching since January 2021. Libby works serving as a caregiver. Libby enjoys the outdoors, pet and garden sitting, cooking, and building community through practicing Yoga.
