We are a dedicated group of actively practicing and certified Kundalini Yoga teachers, serving the greater Tucson community. Come and enjoy a group of teachers from different countries, different background and life experience, each committed to their daily Kundalini Yoga practice.

 

Tejpal's work is to inspire men and women to discover and redesign their life around their soul mission. She gives on a regular basis workshops on Intuition, Soul Mission and Vibrant Living, as well as individual healing, life coaching and soul guidance sessions. For the past 35 years,Tejpal has explored many spiritual practices and discovered in 2006 Kundalini Yoga. The first class she took was what she needed to realize that she has found her practice. She has been a teacher ever since, helping others to become teacher of this practice as well. Tejpal loves to share insights and uplift each person to another level of inner power and inner mastery. Tejpal believes that Kundalini Yoga is for everyone. If you can breathe, you can do Kundalini Yoga.

Sat Ardas Kaur  has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. She is a KRI Level One Certified Instructor, Level Two Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, Level Three in progress and Professional Teacher Trainer. In addition, she is recognized as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-200, RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). As a Speech-Language Pathologist, Sat Ardas brings a unique sensitivity to serving others. She is dedicated to growing the Kundalini Yoga community in Tucson through teaching and service. Sat Ardas has worked previously as a co-founder and manager of Yoga Grace and Rx-Yoga. She is currently the President and Co-Director of Yoga4All Tucson.

Sant Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan. She has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1972, a member of the Aquarian Teachers Academy and mentoring to become a Teacher Trainer. Living the householder life of 3HO, she is married to Dr. Sant Singh. Together they have generated the beginning of and supported 3HO centers in New York, California and Arizona. They have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Sant Kaur has been a Special Education teacher and continues to be Practice Manager of her husband’s medical office in Tucson. As a musician and lover of the sound current, Sant Kaur often combines live music with Kundalini Yoga in her classes and other events at Yoga4All Tucson.

Barb Piasecki (Sant Saroop) began teaching at age 12, when she was hired to teach Catholic religious studies to a 6 year old boy with autism.   She expanded her practice the following year coaching a boy’s “6 man” flag football team.  It was during those fabulous football seasons that she realized the joy of motivating people to show up, keep up, and do their personal best.  At age 16, Barb, and her sister, Joan, began organizing and leading week-long canoe trips for other teen-aged girls.  She continued to organize extended wilderness trips including expeditions to the Arctic.   For 26 years, as a middle and high school math and science teacher, Barb helped teenagers connect to their gifts and personal power, through compassion, connection, creativity, engaged learning, and so very much humor.   After 20 years of a strong Hatha Yoga practice, the discovery of Kundalini Yoga in 2006 was the most beautiful lightning bolt of a gift from the Universe for her.    Barb says,   “It changes my life everyday in some way.”  Sant Saroop has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2006.  Along with Yogi Bhajan in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, she has studied many teachers from other traditions including Pema Chodron, Tara Brach, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Gary Zukav, Dzigar Kongtrul, Anthony de Mello, and many others.

Jiwan Shakti Kaur is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She is a longtime Tucsonan moving here from Southern California in 1979. She is married, has two grown children, one grandchild and her parents and grandmother are also here in Tucson. She is a practicing registered nurse since 1986 and is active in her national and local professional organizations. She loves yoga, vegetarian cooking, traveling and the outdoors. She is a householder who carries many responsibilities and blessings from her busy life and has found great joy and balance in Kundalini yoga. She is continually learning and growing in this path and wishes to share this amazing technology with others to help them find balance and joy in their own lives. Her name means the princess/Lioness of God who flows with the female creative energy of the universe. This creative, nurturing, powerful, graceful energy flows to uplift, heal and nourish.

Sadhu Kaur started practicing Kundalini Yoga in 2004 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Sadhu is a KRI Level One Instructor, Level Two Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and Associate Teacher Trainer. In 2009, Sadhu Kaur moved to Espanola, NM and served as the Bureau Chief for the Aquarian Trainer Academy KRI for 5 years. Sadhu Kaur lives now in Tucson with her husband and two children. Sadhu's classes are uplifting, encompassing her passion for music and dance.

Jai Kartar Kaur (Sasha Case) has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2002. As a certified level one instructor, Jai Kartar strives to create an inclusive environment that is both nurturing and challenging.

Arivndpal has been teaching and advising college students since 1997,the same year she discovered Kundalini Yoga.  She is a KRI Level One Instructor who cherishes the practice of Kundalini Yoga for the ways in which it quiets the mind and brings joy from accepting every moment
for what it is.  Arvindpal’s teaching focuses on helping others develop neutrality, peace, and the capacity to fully embrace life.
