Fall Equinox Celebration

Twenty-one of us camped out in the Pinaleno’s amongst the Englemann Spruce, Subalpine Fir, and Mexican White Pine to celebrate Fall Equinox!

The squirrels dropped pinecones on our heads, chatted endlessly, and helped us find Balance at the Stillpoint no matter what.

We met a lot of new friends this retreat and reconnected to the usual suspects, as well.

The retreat featured mantric choreography/shakti dance, several gong baths, Buddhist meditation around the fire, a collective healing for the forest trees, poetry, and five Kundalini Yoga classes. It was a bit chilly so both fire pans were lit from 5 pm on, and relit in the morning, to accompany yogi tea and golden milk.

Thank you everybody for another amazing, heartfelt, life-changing experience!
