Rosezena

Spring Equinox Campout in Chiricahua National Monument was the first Yoga4All Tucson retreat that Rosezena attended. She joined us for the Winter Solstice Week of 2023, however.

Most of us can’t forget the vegetarian enchiladas she made for the Gong event at Unity of Tucson! That’s when the idea came to me, “Wow, Rosezena might want to be the chef for one of our campout retreats.” Rosezena had already practiced Kundalini Yoga in Taos, so it seemed like a great fit. Well, it IS a good fit. Even with two teenagers and a full-time job, Rosezena found a way to join us this spring. What amazing meals she planned and prepared for us. She also wrote this poem from the campsite! Thanks Rosezena!

And thanks, Sola, for introducing us to your wonderful daughter!!
